Membership Dues - $500.00 annual dues plus a one-time initiation fee of $100.00 is due at signup. Your membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and expires at the end of the month in which you enrolled.

GREEN GRASS CLUB MEMBER AGREEMENT
GOLF PRACTICE FACILITY
General
Members understand that the East section of the facility is reserved for the exclusive use of members and their guests only. The eastern tee and the practice area will be maintained to a higher standard than the public tee and practice area. We ask that members care for this area as if it were your own – because it is!
While we will keep this section on grass as much as possible, there will be times when no grass is available. This is unavoidable, especially in the winter/cold season. In such instances, all members agree to stay on the mats. Hitting off of the grass in front of the mats not only damages the turf, but also more importantly puts the player at risk of being injured. Therefore, we cannot allow anyone to hit balls from anywhere other than between the tee dividers.
The teaching section at the east end of the member range tee is reserved ONLY for golf professionals giving lessons.
River Park Golf Center staff is allowed to practice in the member area. However, if the section is full or busy, they are required to practice elsewhere to leave room for the members.
There are no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
Staff
The management has directed the staff to respectfully enforce the rules as they are presented in this agreement. If you are approached by one of the staff, please comply with their request.
East Section Short Game Practice Area
a. Special member area golf balls will be present for use ONLY in the member area. These balls will be provided for your use free of additional charge. Member area balls must remain in the member area.
b. Bump and runs are permitted on the putting green with the provision that members will repair any ball marks left from their chips.
c. Pitch/lob shots are permitted on the practice pitching green ONLY.
Non-Member use of the Member Section
a. As a courtesy, River Park Golf Center extends the use of the short game area to select entities such as Fresno State’s golf programs. Every effort will be made to minimize the impact on our members.
b. As already stated, golf professionals will conduct lessons in the member area.
c. River Park Golf Center may conduct group clinics in the short game area from time to time.
d. Staff are authorized to use the section until such time as the section becomes congested.
e. Special event days such as Demo Day and other specified sales events will require the use of the member area. We will attempt to provide notice in advance of these dates.
f. If you see anyone in the member section who is causing a disruption or is mistreating the turf, please advise a staff member.
Guests
a. Members must be present with guests and there is a maximum of two guests at any given time. Please keep guests to an infrequent occurrence.
b. Guests pay member rates to play on the golf course.
c. Guests may use the member range tee, but must pay for their own range balls. No exceptions.
d. East section remains an Irons Only section. This is not negotiable and is mandated by the County of Madera as part of our Conditional Use Permit
e. Members MUST agree to abide by this requirement before membership is granted. By using any part of the fenced members section, members, their families and guest agree to abide by the rules of that section.
Golf Course Privilege
Pay/No-Pay days and Times
a. Members play for free before 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (excluding Holidays).
b. Members pay $5.00 after 1:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and $8.00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
c. Guests playing with the member pay the discounted member rate regardless of the day or time.
Check-in Procedure
a. Members are required to check in with the pro shop for your round of golf even during no-charge periods. Please present your member card for identification purposes.
b. If you tee off at or after 1:00 p.m. you are responsible for paying for your golf. Playing “another 9” at 1:00 p.m. means you are required to pay a greens fee for that round.
Discounts
One complimentary full-service club fitting is included per membership year ($75 value).
Members Only Holiday Shopping Event – Take advantage of storewide discounts available one night per year on in-stock apparel, equipment and accessories. Certain equipment vendors may be excluded because of their sales policies. See pro shop staff for details.
Golf Clinics
Staff professionals will provide monthly golf clinics. Check the website and/or the pro shop for dates and times!
I understand and agree to the terms set forth above. I also understand that my failure to abide by the rules set forth above will result in suspension of my membership privileges. In the unlikely event of a suspension/revocation of membership privileges, dues will not be refunded.
